They ask for the involvement of the State to support those affected by sheep and goat pox

The Junta de Andalucía asks that the State get involved to help farmers affected by the VOC (sheep and goat pox), “as the Junta is doing, it has requested to face a very complicated situation.”

The Andalusian Government has launched aid to compensate for the losses and extraordinary costs caused by the necessary disease control measures.

The Ministry of Livestock has already paid all the subsidies related to measures such as the slaughter of cattle and disposal of corpses that met the established requirements and that, in total, exceed 300,000 euros.
