Alimentaria promotes the internationalization of the Spanish agri-food company

Alimentaria promotes the international participation of exhibiting companies and key buyers in its next edition with the aim of contributing to the opening of new markets and the creation of business opportunities throughout the world. In this sense, the fair has already confirmed more than 400 foreign companies that will occupy a space of 15,000 m², with exhibitors attending for the first time such as Brazil, Slovakia, Australia, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Puerto Rico.

Alimentaria, which will take place from April 4 to 7 at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue, is establishing itself as an essential global event for the Spanish food and beverage industry, which sees it as a lever for their strategy business abroad. Despite the restrictions on international mobility still in force in some geographical areas, professionals, international companies and delegations from countries around the world have maintained their commitment to actively participate in this event.

The next edition of Alimentaria will be held again together with Hostelco, the International Exhibition of equipment for Restaurants, Hotels and Collectivities. Both events will occupy more than 85,000 m2 of clean exhibition space and will bring together more than 3,000 exhibiting companies.
