On January 20, 2026, the Spanish Interprofessional Agri-Food Organization for Sheep and Goats (INTEROVIC) will hold its 9th Annual Seminar, under the title “The Challenges Transforming the Sector”.
The event has become one of the main forums for discussion, reflection, and debate on the present and future of the sheep and goat sector, bringing together professionals, institutions, and key stakeholders from across the value chain.
Throughout the day, participants will address the current challenges and transformation opportunities of the sector, within a context shaped by changes in consumer habits, sustainability, innovation, and communication.
The seminar will take place at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid and will feature a morning program of presentations and round tables.
