PROVACUNO prepares 2000 solidarity meals for disadvantaged people with the visit of the mayor of Madrid and the participation of Michelin star chefs

PROVACUNO has carried out a solidarity action to benefit the most needy people in the capital with the support of the mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez Almeida. The initiative has consisted of the preparation and delivery of 2,000 meals made with beef by Michelin-starred chefs, distributed in several shelter centers in the city of Madrid for homeless people. The 2,000 menus distributed included an exquisite round braised in its juice with cauliflower puree, raisins and dried apricots.

The mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, visited the José María de Llanos Foundation, and thanked the chefs for their collaboration. Javier López, director of PROVACUNO, highlighted the commitment of the Beef Sector to society and those who need it most. “This sector has maintained a constant commitment to society and those most in need, in the same way that we do with our animals that we care for every day of the year,” he said during the solidarity delivery of beef.
