Good hygiene practices are an outstanding example in all stages of production. In addition, rigorous controls are applied in the cold chain to preserve the quality and safety of the meat during transport.
Quality control programs are implemented to ensure that all products comply with established standards, and effective traceability is established to trace the meat from its origin to its destination. Training is also provided to all those involved in the production and handling of meat, and there is official supervision.
