ANAFRIC and its associated companies, present at the PROVACUNO Reflection Conference on the promotion of domestic livestock production

ANAFRIC, along with several associated companies, has participated in the Reflection Conference on the Promotion of Internal Livestock Production organized by PROVACUNO, held on May 5 and 6 in Toledo.

This meeting has brought together the main actors in the beef sector with a common objective: to analyze the structural challenges facing livestock production and to define joint strategies that allow guaranteeing the sustainability and competitiveness of the entire value chain.

During the first day, experts from the agri-food sector addressed the characterization and evolution of the sector, as well as its future prospects, putting on the table a particularly complex context marked by the decline in production and the progressive abandonment of farms, especially in the area of ​​nursing cows.

Likewise, the different participating organizations – among them ANAFRIC – exposed their main concerns and provided proposals aimed at strengthening domestic production, improving the efficiency of the sector and ensuring the supply of the meat industry in the medium and long term.

Second day, May 6

The second day focuses on the internal debate and the sharing of lines of action, with the objective of advancing towards a shared strategy that allows responding to the current challenges of the sector.

ANAFRIC’s participation in this strategic forum reinforces its role as an active agent within the meat sector, committed to dialogue, collaboration and the search for solutions that contribute to the strengthening of the entire chain.

The organization of this type of initiative is highly valued by the association, which allows aligning positions, generating consensus and advancing the definition of a more solid, sustainable production model adapted to the demands of the market.
