Bacon Angus Miguel Vergara receives two awards at Innoval

The Miguel Vergara Group took advantage of the opportunity of its presence at Alimentaria to present its new launch: the Miguel Vergara Angus Bacon, both sliced and in pieces. The Innoval section, which consists of an exhibition with new products that have been launched on the market and are considered innovative within the sector, is responsible for hosting the new product with the Miguel Vergara seal.

 

 

In addition, the new Angus Bacon returns to Valladolid with 2 of the 16 awards that were awarded this Monday afternoon: the Award for the Meat, derivatives and plant based category and the Award for the best innovation in the Horeca channel. These recognitions highlight the quality and originality of the product, giving it a prominent place among the new launches in the industry.

Angus Beef Bacon has captured attention as one of the most outstanding products of this edition, thanks to its exceptional characteristics that offer a culinary experience of excellence. The careful manufacturing process ensures exceptional smoked flavor, while precise selection of pieces and slow, traditional smoking preserves the premium quality of Angus beef.

Miguel Vergara Group presents this Angus Bacon in three different formats, each focused on the needs of different types of customers: the 150-gram sliced Bacon box aimed at end consumers and large distribution, the same 500-gram box oriented to the Horeca channel and the complete piece of Bacon made for Horeca and for other points of sale such as butcher shops.

The production process from the field to the table, a philosophy steeped in the values of the Miguel Vergara Group, encompasses everything from the raising of the animals in its facilities in León and Salamanca to its production in the production plants in Valladolid and Santovenia de Pisuerga.
