Technological innovation applied to food safety will be the main protagonist of the VIII edition of the BSA Forum, which will be held on June 4, 2026 and will once again bring together professionals, experts and companies linked to the food sector.

Under the title “Emergent Technologies and AI at the Service of Food Safety: from research to decision-making”, this new edition will address how new technological tools are transforming the prevention, control and management of food safety throughout the value chain.
The program will offer a broad and transversal vision of innovation applied to the sector, beyond artificial intelligence, also incorporating issues related to the digitization of processes, automation, new analysis and detection systems and other emerging technologies aimed at improving decision-making and reinforcing efficiency and traceability.
The BSA Forum thus consolidates itself as a space of reference for debate and technical updates on food safety, focusing on the sector’s ability to adapt to new technological, regulatory and sustainability challenges.
