The Interbranch Organisation for Sheep and Goat Meat, INTEROVIC, has once again shown its social commitment by donating 200 kilos of suckling lamb to the social centres of Mensajeros de la Paz. Thanks to this solidarity initiative, around 300 complete Christmas meals will be prepared for people living in vulnerable situations, as well as providing support to 100 people in the city of León.

The meals, which can be collected from 24 December to be enjoyed at home on Christmas Eve, will include prawns, seafood soup, oven-roasted lamb with traditional potatoes, and Christmas sweets, allowing many families to celebrate these special dates with a dignified and traditional dinner.
Lamb, a Christmas essential for INTEROVIC
“Lamb is part of our cultural and culinary roots, and at Christmas it takes on an even more special meaning. Being able to help these families enjoy a dignified and traditional dinner is a source of pride for our sector,” said Raúl Muñiz, president of INTEROVIC.
This charitable collaboration, held continuously since 2017, has become a key event in the Interbranch Organisation’s annual agenda, reinforcing the sector’s commitment to solidarity and social support, especially during such meaningful dates as Christmas.
