The Ruta del Jabugo Live has consisted of an online experience by more than a thousand schoolchildren, who have been able to learn and train online by visiting three different locations on the Ruta del Jabugo: the historic headquarters of the Regulatory Council of the Protected Designation of Origin ( DOP) Jabugo, the ecosystem of the meadow with its 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs taking advantage of the montanera and, finally, the natural drying room and cellar where the shoulders and DOP Jabugo hams are cured.
The Ruta del Jabugo Live experience has allowed them to interact with the people of the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche Natural Park: rancher, producer, tourist guide, expert in denominations of origin; and consolidate the knowledge acquired in the classroom with attractive didactic activities.
