The meat industry will address the challenges of sustainability, innovation and training at a free event on 20 October

On 20 October, a free training event will be held focusing on the main challenges facing the meat industry, with particular attention to the circular economy, innovation, sustainability, new regulatory requirements and professional qualifications.

The initiative is promoted by the Sectoral Joint Committees (CPS) for the Meat Industry and Poultry and Rabbit Slaughterhouses, which include business organisations, among them ANICE, and the main trade union organisations.

The meeting, which follows on from a previous event, aims to encourage the exchange of knowledge and experience between the business, scientific and training sectors, as well as to identify solutions to address the current and future challenges facing the meat industry.
