Spanish farmers and livestock producers may receive advance payments of up to 75% of their 2026 CAP direct aid. According to Interempresas, payments totalling €2.691 billion are expected between 16 October and 30 November to strengthen farm liquidity.
Each autonomous community will decide the aid schemes, amounts and payment dates once the required checks have been completed.
For the livestock sector, it should be highlighted that coupled aid for calf fattening is excluded from these advance payments and may be paid from 1 December.
