Pastoreo returns to Madrid from December 1 to 3 with the aim of moving the countryside to the city

After the success of its first two editions and the more than 3,000 visitors it attracted last year, Pastureo returns to Madrid, a space recreated by Interovic that aims to promote knowledge and consumption of suckling pig, lamb and goat meat. national origin and which is part of the campaign Más cerca es mejor. Pastoreo is presented as a leisure option open to the public, perfect for Madrid residents and tourists that will take place from December 1 to 3 on Sandoval Street, 3, the weekend before the Constitution Bridge.

 

 

During the three days and with the aim of moving the countryside to the city, a multitude of cultural activities designed for all types of audiences will take place in this ephemeral space. Interovic has developed a complete agenda in which there will be different workshops (with prior reservation), tastings of lamb tapas created by Begoña Rodrigo, chef at La Salita (Michelin star) and exhibitions of photographs and wool maps. “Sheep and goat farming is essential in the conservation of our fields and in the protection of our environment.
