El MAPA (Ministerio de Agricultura Pesca y Alimentación) han acordado la renovación del convenio de colaboración con INTEROVIC, INTERPORC y PROVACUNO para la promoción internacional de los productos cárnicos españoles de ovino, caprino, porcino de capa blanca y vacuno de carne, en terceros países mediante la participación conjunta en determinadas ferias internacionales durante los años 2020 y 2021. Todas estas acciones están sometidas a la evolución de la pandemia por el coronavirus. Anafric informará detenidamente sobre todas las iniciativas en su comunicado semanal de las interprofesionales.
ICEX and Interporc promote one more year white layer pork in Japan
Through a sectoral plan co-financed between both entities, the aim is to increase the volume of Spanish pork that reaches Japanese households, and secondly, to spread knowledge among professionals and Japanese citizens. In 2019, Japan imported 137,000 t of pork from Spain for about 511 million euros, making it the second largest market outside the EU.
Interporc highlights the role of the pig sector to avoid the depopulation of “many autonomous communities”
The Spanish white layer pig sector is located in regions with serious problems due to depopulation of their rural areas such as Aragon, Castilla y León, Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha or Galicia.

This seal has been promoted by the Interprofessional del Porcino de Capa Blanca (Interporc), and guarantees that the meat and processed products of the Spanish white coat pig have been produced complying with the highest standards in animal welfare, health, biosecurity, handling of the animals and traceability in all links of the value chain.

La Interprofesional del porcino de Capa Blanca (INTERPORC) ha realizado un video cuyo objetivo es apoyar la actividad del canal HORECA tras el cierre durante estos meses provocado por la pandemia. Bajo el título, “Lo estábamos esperando”, el vídeo resalta la infinidad de posibilidades de la carne de cerdo de capa blanca y sus productos y el protagonismo de estos productos en bares y restaurantes, tanto como tapa como plato principal.
